Substation Inspection Software for Siemens Energy
We built a substation inspection platform for Siemens Energy, deployed to manage Kahramaa's substations across Qatar. A tablet-based testing module lets field inspectors run periodic and condition-based inspection, testing, and maintenance of transformers and reactors — replacing paper with structured, auditable digital records for critical grid assets.

An AI Procurement Platform for iProcure.ai
We built iProcure.ai for BigTrader Technologies — an AI-native B2B procurement platform for GCC businesses. Seven specialised agents carry a purchase from discovery to decision: enriching the supplier database, turning a plain-language requirement into a structured RFQ, ranking suppliers on capability and pricing history, and returning an explainable recommendation. Every product and service is classified against the UNSPSC global taxonomy, so the data is structured for enterprise procurement systems from the start — and the copilot answers in Arabic or English.

Running a fishing fleet for World Marine
An administration panel for World Marine Center’s fishing charter operation in Qatar — six boats, three-hour trips, up to six guests each. One place to run the calendar, take and hold bookings, track boats and maintenance, manage crew and certificates, and handle packages, payments and refunds in QAR. Eighteen screens, from the dashboard through to reports and a full audit log.

Food delivery and ride booking for Mondial
We built Mondial’s apps — native on iOS and Android — a two-sided platform running in Doha. The customer app puts food ordering and ride booking behind one account: browse restaurants by cuisine, order, then follow the driver on a live map as the order moves from Confirmed to Food Ready, On the Way and Delivered — with the bill itemised down to the delivery charge, the restaurant discount and the driver tip. The partner app is what the restaurants run: an order queue they accept or cancel from, per-item menu and inventory switches, and earning history by week and month with the commission shown on every order.
