Terms of Use
These terms govern this website. They are not the terms on which we deliver work — that is always a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

These terms
These terms of use govern your access to and use of sourcecode.qa, including the Arabic version at sourcecode.qa/ar/. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website. They are not the terms on which we deliver work. Any project, licence, subscription or support arrangement is governed by a separate signed agreement, and if anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
Who we are
Source Code Tech Solutions W.L.L, a company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 200338, formerly trading as Genesis Advertising, with its office at 52-A, Hub Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Doha Souq, Al Nasr, Doha, Qatar.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and download material we have made available for that purpose. In using it, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in breach of any law of the State of Qatar.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its database, or any system connected to it.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure.
- Introduce any virus, worm, logic bomb or other harmful material.
- Submit false, misleading or automated form submissions, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper or automated means to access, harvest or copy the site or its content, or to build a dataset from it, without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Reproduce, duplicate, resell or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, if you breach these terms.
Enquiries, demos and quotations
Submitting a form does not create a contract. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. When you complete an enquiry, book a demo or request a trial, you are inviting us to respond — you are not buying anything, and we are not committing to supply anything.
A binding relationship arises only when we and you have signed a written agreement, or we have issued and you have accepted a written quotation or proposal.
Any indicative timeline, scope or price mentioned on this site is illustrative. Real figures depend on your actual requirements and are confirmed in a written proposal, which is valid for the period stated in it.
We aim to reply to enquiries within one business day (Sunday to Thursday), but this is a service goal rather than a contractual commitment.
Free audits and trials
We offer a free AI or website audit and, for some products, a trial. These are provided as a professional courtesy on the following basis:
- An audit is an opinion based on limited information available to us at the time. It is not a warranty about your systems, a security certification, or a substitute for a full technical or legal review.
- By requesting an audit of a website or system, you confirm you are authorised to request it. We only carry out non-intrusive, externally observable checks unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
- Any trial is provided as is, for evaluation only, for the period we state, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Data you enter into a trial may be deleted when the trial ends.
- You should not rely on an audit or trial as the sole basis for a business decision without taking your own advice.
Our intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, design, graphics, illustrations, animation, source code, and the arrangement of it all — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may: view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate working with us.
You may not: republish, distribute, sell, licence, alter or create derivative works from our content; remove any copyright or ownership notice; use our content to train a machine learning model; or use it in any commercial context without our prior written permission.
“Source Code”, “Source Code Tech Solutions”, our logo, and the names of our products — including AEGIS, EADD, EPOS, AIBI, Source Flow, Source Docs, Source Voice, Source Ask, Source Signal and MeetPass — are our trade marks. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them.
Material you send us
You keep ownership of everything you send us through this site. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose you sent it — replying to you, scoping your requirement, preparing a proposal — and for no other purpose. We treat the contents of enquiries as confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that anything you send us is accurate, is yours to send, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights or breach any duty of confidence you owe.
Please do not send us unsolicited confidential information or ideas through a web form. A web form is not a secure or confidential channel, and material sent that way is not covered by any non-disclosure agreement. If you want to discuss something confidential, contact us first and we will put an NDA in place and agree a secure route.
Client names, logos and case studies
Third-party names, trade marks and logos shown on this site — including those of clients, partners and technology vendors — remain the property of their respective owners. They appear to identify work we have carried out or technology we work with, and their appearance does not imply that the owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with us beyond the work described.
Case studies describe work as delivered at a point in time. Figures, screenshots and outcomes reflect that engagement and are not a prediction of what your project would achieve. Some details may be generalised or anonymised where a client requires confidentiality.
Products, prototypes and screenshots
Product descriptions, feature lists, interface images and demonstrations on this site are illustrative. Products are developed continuously, so the version you are shown may differ from the version available at any given time.
Where we describe something as a prototype, a concept, a proof of concept or work in progress, it is exactly that — it is not represented as a completed, generally available product.
Interface images may use representative or sample data for illustration. They are not real customer records.
External links
This site links to third-party websites and services. We provide those links for convenience and information. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Availability of the site
We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business, security or maintenance reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.
You are responsible for the arrangements that let you access the site, including your own device security and your own protection against viruses.
Disclaimers
The content of this site is provided for general information about our company and services. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your circumstances.
We take care over what we publish, but we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — that the content is accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties and conditions are excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the State of Qatar, we will not be liable to you for any:
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;
- loss of or damage to data;
- loss of goodwill or reputation; or
- indirect or consequential loss of any kind,
arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website, or reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
This section concerns the website. Liability in respect of work we deliver is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense we reasonably incur as a result of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
Privacy
Personal data collected through this site is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page from time to time.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
