A worked example
Input. A regional manager types one line, in Arabic or English: "Which three branches missed target last month, and by how much?"
What the agent does. It resolves what your organisation means by "branch", "target" and "last month" from the connected systems, writes the query, and runs it as that manager — so a regional manager sees her own region and nothing else. Where two systems disagree, it says which one it used.
Output. Three branches named, with the gap to target beside each, a bar chart of those gaps, a one-line summary in the language the question was asked in, and a link to the underlying records so finance can check the figure. The follow-up — "and the month before?" — reuses the same context instead of starting again.
